Daddy's fren gave us a nice toddler bed for Shauna. Plus alot of other nice stuff.. like the beautiful outfits Shauna paraded in ->see 'Princess' Post.
Shauna gave Daddy a hand with fixing it up... curiously checking it out at the same time. She helped put in the screws (nevermind all wrong way), with putting in the mattress and the bed sheets as well. We wanted to make it fun for her.
When all is done, we put her to sleep on her new bed.. she happily settled in... and seemed to be dozing off already. We thought, wow that's easy! But we thought too soon. At the very moment Daddy off the sidelamps, she suddenly bounced up and crawled back to our bed, snuggling up between us. "Sleep with Mummy and Daddy!!" she said sleepily.
sigh.. we will try again tom night...
