I have a bedtime ritual: every night at abt 10pm Mummy will change my diapers, give me a warm towel clean, dry me, powder me... and then put on my pyjamas for me. This is my cue that its bedtime... lights will be dimmed.. and i will slowly drift off to sleepland...My playtime with Daddy and Mummy is at abt 9-10pm, before my bedtime ritual. I will have pillow fight with Daddy, or Mummy will read to me. It is my favourite time of the day.
